Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed with Ferryspeed!
As part of our ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, we monitor and regularly review customer satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement. To this end, we recently sent out our annual customer satisfaction survey to a randomly selected cross-section of customers, to ascertain their thoughts. We’re delighted to say that the feedback received was overwhelmingly positive, with the majority of the respondents (84%) reporting high levels of customer satisfaction.
Last year’s survey results identified a general satisfaction with our customer service team but noted some minor areas of improvement. We fed this back to the team and are delighted to reveal that this year, an amazing 81% of respondents reported that our customer service department has an excellent understanding of their requirements. Responding positively and constructively to customer feedback is a huge priority at Ferryspeed, as these results demonstrate.
The survey also reported that 81% of customers would recommend Ferryspeed – a fantastic endorsement of the whole team’s hard work over the last twelve months and the stellar service provided to customers.
