History
1985 – Ferryspeed (CI) ltd commenced trading Fratton, Portsmouth
1993 – Ferryspeed acquired Polarkold a purpose built cold store in Fareham
1995 – Ferryspeed moved their ambient operation to a new warehouse in Fareham
1999 – Exel Logistics CI operation is purchased and integrated into the Ferryspeed operation
1999 – Moved to Blueprint 2000 facility in Portsmouth
2000 – Island Express is purchased and integrated into the business
2006 – Ferryspeed acquired Channel Express and enhances their Guernsey operation
2008 – Ferryspeed moved to new premises in Hilsea, Portsmouth offering 250,000 sq. ft. This included a full 50,000 sq.ft. HMRC Bond, Chill and frozen facility
2013 – Ferryspeed expanded its operation and acquired new facilities in Portsmouth and Jersey
2014 – Extended into new facility in Jersey
