Ferryspeed Becomes Community Logistics Partner for Jersey Hospice

Ferryspeed has become the official community logistics partner for Jersey Hospice. As part of our wider corporate social responsibility strategy, we wanted to do something to support following the death of an employee’s family member, who was cared for at Hospice.

The partnership covers handling a wide range of logistical activity at no cost to Hospice. This includes moving stock between charity shops, managing the shipping of specialised medical equipment, such as batteries for patient syringe pumps, bringing over key items to the island for our fundraising events, such as electronic timing devices used in the Hospice 2 Hospice Half Marathon and the boats for the Jersey Hospice Care Dragon Boat Festival, installing signage around the Island for our 30 Bays in 30 Days challenge and much more.

The collaboration between Ferryspeed and Hospice shows we can make a big difference by sharing our skills, expertise, and passion, while giving back to the community.
